Our company Pınar Şems Teks. Moda Tasarm İnş. Type. Imp. Ihr. Singing. and Trade Ltd. Sti. has the title of "data controller" within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law") in terms of personal data regarding customers, and in accordance with this Clarification and Consent Text, the customers are informed about the personal data processing activities carried out by Pınar Şems and in article 3 below. It is aimed to obtain their explicit consent for the specified situations.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data of Customers:

To carry out the necessary work and execution of the relevant business processes by the business units in order to benefit from the personal data of the customers, the products and services offered by Pınar Şems, to carry out the necessary work by the relevant business units for the realization of the commercial activities carried out by Pınar Şems and to carry out the related business processes, Planning and executing the commercial and/or business strategies of Pınar Şems, ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of Pınar Şems and the related persons who have a business relationship with Pınar Şems, and the appreciation of the products and services provided by Pınar Şems, It is processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the 5th and 6th articles of the Law, including the planning and execution of the activities required to be customized according to the usage habits and needs, and to be recommended and promoted to the relevant persons. 3. Personal Data to be Processed in accordance with the Explicit Consent of Customers and Purposes of Processing:

In the following cases where the personal data processing conditions in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law cannot be met, the express consent of the customers is required for the processing of personal data by Pınar Şems.

In this context, personal data of customers; Creating campaigns for customers, cross-selling, determining the target audience, executing activities to increase the user experience by tracking customer movements and improving the functioning of Pınar Şems' website and mobile application and personalizing it according to customer needs, direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing and remarketing activities, tailor-made segmentation, targeting, analysis and internal reporting activities, market research, planning and execution of customer satisfaction activities and planning and execution of customer relationship management processes. Based on the Customer's approval within the scope of planning and execution of sales and marketing processes of/or services, creating and/or increasing loyalty to the products and/or services offered by Pınar Şems. and shared with the parties specified in this Clarification and Consent Text.

4. Transfer of Personal Data of Customers:

To carry out the necessary work and execution of the relevant business processes by the business units in order to benefit from the personal data of the customers, the products and services offered by Pınar Şems, to carry out the necessary work by the relevant business units for the realization of the commercial activities carried out by Pınar Şems and to carry out the related business processes, Planning and executing the commercial and/or business strategies of Pınar Şems, ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of Pınar Şems and the related persons who have a business relationship with Pınar Şems, and the appreciation of the products and services provided by Pınar Şems, Company officials, affiliates, business partners, suppliers, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, including the planning and execution of activities required to be customized according to their usage habits and needs, and to promote them to the relevant persons. Our works may be shared with our shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and organizations and private institutions.

5. Collection Method and Legal Reason of Personal Data:

Personal data is collected electronically from customers. Personal data collected for the above-mentioned legal reasons

6. Rights of Customers as Personal Data Owners:

Data owners pursuant to Article 11 of the Law; (i) to learn whether personal data about them is processed, (ii) to request information if personal data has been processed, (iii) to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose, (iv) to which personal data is transferred in the country or abroad. knowing the third parties, (v) requesting the correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting the notification of the transaction to the third parties to which the personal data has been transferred, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case of withdrawal, and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, (vii) to object to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and (viii) to receive personal data has the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of the data.

Requests regarding the exercise of these rights can be submitted by the personal data owners by the methods specified in the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data under the Law No. 6698 by Pınar Şems at the address https://www.pinarsems.com.tr/. Pınar Şems will evaluate the requests and conclude them within 30 days. Pınar Şems reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule (if any) determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
