How to place an order?
You can place an order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button under each product. You can save your orders in your shopping cart, change their quantity, or give up some of them. The items in your cart do not mean a firm order. After clicking the "SHOPPING" button in your cart, your purchase will begin.
Invoicing the order
Your invoice will be sent within your order based on your delivery address. List prices include VAT and billing is inclusive of VAT.
When will I receive my order?
The purchases you make on the site are delivered to the contracted cargo company within 5 working days. After being delivered to the cargo company, your products will be delivered to you within 5 working days for domestic deliveries.

In order for your order to reach you as quickly as possible, please write your address information as clear as possible. If the address you provide during the membership process is different from the address you want your order to be delivered to, pay attention to this point when filling out the order form.
PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS
Payment by Credit Card
For payments made by credit card, your card information remains only between you and the Bank. "Pınar Şems Tekstil San. Tic. Ltd. Şti." cannot see or record your credit card information at any stage of the transaction. The whole transaction takes place between you and the relevant bank.
Pay at the door
There is "Pay at the Door" for domestic orders. For the purchases you make with payment at the door, the cargo company charges a TL collection fee for collection. Payment at the door orders are maximum 5,000 TL.
DELIVERY PROCEDURES
After the products you order are carefully checked by our online store team, they are carefully packed and delivered to our contracted cargo company "YURTİÇİ KARGO" to be sent to the delivery address you specified in your order, within 5 working days at the latest.

CARGO is FREE for all your purchases of 599 TL or more from our pinarsems.com.tr online store.
If you choose "pay at the door" as the payment method for the order you place on our online store, an additional 7.00 TL will be charged to the cart amount of your shopping as "payment at the door service fee".

Domestic Delivery Times
The shopping you make from our online store is delivered to the contracted cargo company within 5 working days at the latest. Your order delivered to cargo will be delivered to the delivery address you specified in the order within 5 working days.
